I have just completed a wonderful 12 day sound healing course with Haritha Yogshala . From the beginning I found everyone at Haritha to be very helpful and professional. I enjoyed the course immensely and experienced sound healing to be transformational, healing, beautiful and inspiring. Quite magikal. Deepak our teacher is very experienced and is extremely knowledgeable about sound healing with much spiritual wisdom, which he is keen to share with his students. Throughout the course Deepak guided us patiently and explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. The syllabus was extensive and we studied all aspects of sound healing. I also found Deepak to be encouraging and positive regarding our abilities. Throughout the classes we were given time to to put into practice what we had learnt. The healing bowls we used were of a very high quailty sound and vibration as were all the many other instruments used for sound therapy and sound baths. The gong was incredible, when used to give a Gong Sound Bath, amazing and cosmic sounding. Also the sound from the zen chimes carried me to a place of harmony and total relaxation, one of the most beautiful sounds I have ever heard. Our class consisted of 8 students and we all formed a bond during the course. It was wonderful to be with such inspiring, friendly and open people. Truly lovely. I really enjoyed starting our days with yoga taught by Yogesh who again is very knowledgeable about different forms of yoga. The classes were quite challenging but it was a very grounding and centering way to prepare for our classes. I would highly recommend Haritha Yogshala to anyone, who is serious about studying sound healing and would like to learn in a interesting, professional, consise and practical way.
