|Asana (Yoga Posture)||Hatha yoga class will take place in morning whereas the Ashtanga/Vinyasa class will take place in evening.|
|Alignment||You will learn the art of adjustment and alignment of the body through Yogasanas|
|Pranayama||You will learn the art of Pranayama which guides the prana or the subtle life force that calms and controls the mind. The various exercises in Pranayama are Anuloma-Viloma, Nadishodhana, Ujjai, Bhramari, Shitali, Sitkari, Bhastrika and Kapalbhati.|
