Haritha Yogshala offers Advanced 300 hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India for those who have already completed 200 hour yoga teacher training course and are looking for deepen their understanding of advanced asanas (postures), pranayamas, kriyas, yogic philosophy and literature etc. The 300 hour TTC helps to improve self-practice and ability to teach advanced asanas to the students which are not covered in 200 hours yoga ttc program. The 300 hour TTC curriculum based on the concepts of 200 hour yttc which you have already learned and practiced. So the 300 hour TTC program is specifically designed to go beyond basic knowledge of yoga.
In Haritha, we have expert yogacharyas or yoga teachers according different yoga styles based on yoga literature. |Asana (Yoga Posture)||Hatha yoga class will take place in morning whereas the Ashtanga/Vinyasa class will take place in evening.|
