Ayurveda characterizes well-being as 'Swasthya', which can be explained as a 'condition of healthy digestion, harmonious working of three fundamental bodily bio-elements (vata, pitta, kapha), sense and self (awareness). Ayurveda focuses on preventive and healing treatments using different strategies for detoxification and revival. These treatments come under the branch of 'Panchakarma'

Panchakarma employes five strategies for body purification. These strategies are used to achieve soundness of mind, prevents various types of ailments. These techniques are additionally explained as Rasayana- component of revival treatment. This is a preliminary technique performed before the process of Panchkarma is performed. The various components of Panchakarma are Poorvakarma, Paschtkarma et al. The course aims to prepare understudies to perform with confidence , a Panchakarma therapy , in a methodical and traditional manner.

  • To apply for the Ayurveda Massage & Panchakarma Certification Course, a non-refundable deposit of $200 or 14,000 INR is required. This amount is included in the prices listed above. You can make the remaining course fees payment after arrival to the course on the first day.
  • Accommodation facility also available in Haritha Yogshala, Rishikesh, which is excluded in the cost.
  • After successful completion, certificates are issued by Haritha Yogshala organization.
  • Classes will be from Monday to Saturday only.
