The aim of this Ayurveda massage and therapies course is to maintain the health of a person and to heal the disease of an unhealthy person. Both prevention and healing are carried out by entirely natural means.

In this course you will learn the basic principles of Ayurveda and the science of Ayurveda along with practicals. Ayurveda massage and therapy course at Haritha Yogshala is designed to enable you to understand basics knowledge of Ayurveda and the most important traditional Ayurvedic massages and Ayurveda therapies.

Program will cover History of Ayurveda, Philosophies, Ayurvedic Wellness Concepts, Tridosha & Panchakarma theories, and 9 therapies of Ayurveda and its practical demonstration. One-hour theory class & three hours practical demo on Ayurveda therapies along with 6 sessions of Ayurveda Treatments; make this program a perfect rejuvenation and educational package for the candidate. A certificate will be provided to you after successful completion of the course.

  • To apply for the 7 day Ayurveda Massage and Therapies Course, a non-refundable deposit of $200 or 14,000 INR is required. This amount is included in the prices listed above. You can make the remaining course fees payment after arrival to the course on the first day.
  • Accommodation facility only available in Haritha Yogshala, Rishikesh, which is excluded in the cost.
  • After successful completion, certificates are issued by Haritha Yogshala organization.
  • Classes will be from Monday to Saturday only.
  • No classes will take place on Public Holidays.
