This course is best planned for the individuals who wish to finish 200 hour yoga teacher training course in two division. It is one half of the 200 hour yoga TTC. After completion of 100 hour TTC program with us, the student is eligible to get an affirmation in 200 hour TTC by finishing an additional 100 hours course. After 200 hours of learning you will be awarded with an registered yoga teacher RYT200 Certificate.

|Asana (Yoga Posture)||Morning Hatha yoga class and evening Ashtanga/Vinyasa class and learn the asanas involved in both practices.|
|Alignment||You will learn the art of adjustment and alignment of asana.|
|Pranayama||You will learn Pranayama (Breathing exercise) to control of prana or the subtle energy that will help to control the mind. The main breathing exercise is Anuloma-Viloma, Nadishodhana, Ujjai, Bhramari, Shitali, Sitkari, Bhastrika and Kapalbhati.|
|Mudra & Bandha||A perfect mudra can help in achieving the best results out of the pranayama, pratyahar, dharana, dhyan and Samadhi.
